The Building Company was established in 2000 by its founder, Joseph Schafbuch, with the vision of helping clients design and build the home of their dreams.  His work was exemptified by the commitment to fine craftsmanship and unyielding standards in both the design and building of the homes.  Some of his early homes were log homes which has progressed into quality custom built home.  In 2003, Joe pursued his passion for the home industry by entering the real estate profession as an agency owner/broker of a nation-wide real estate company.
